Enrollment, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Enrollment at District 8 Dance Co. reserves a place in your selected class(es). Because class sizes are limited and instructors are scheduled based on enrollment, your registration represents a commitment to participate.

Enrollment

Submitting an enrollment form constitutes registration for the class(es) selected. By enrolling, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Withdrawal & Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue classes, written notice must be provided to District 8 Dance Co.

• Withdrawal requests made before the first scheduled class are subject to a $65 cancellation fee per enrolled class.

• Once a student has attended a class, tuition is non-refundable for the current billing period.

• Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal or cancel your financial responsibility. Students remain enrolled until written notice of withdrawal is received and any applicable fees have been paid.

Why We Charge a Cancellation Fee

When a student enrolls, we reserve a space that cannot always be filled on short notice. We also schedule instructors and plan classes based on enrollment numbers. The cancellation fee helps offset these costs when a reserved spot is canceled.
